Cancelation Policy

THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO THE USE OF THIS WEB SITE AS WELL AS ALL TRANSACTIONS CONDUCTED THROUGH THE SITE.

Cancelation Policy 

  • 7 days before the actual date cancelation policy applies for all charters. You will be charged for the full price of the cruise minus paid non-refundable deposit.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
  • Cancelation Policy does not apply to Bad Weather. What is Bad Weather? A small craft advisory issued by the US COAST GUARD (not applicable to offshore and overnight sails, subject to captain’s discretion).
  • Once the reservation is made, the customer will receive confirmation email or text. This confirmation email or text is required in case the customer needs to cancel.
  • To cancel the reservation, Sail Away San Diego must receive the written request sent by email or text. The email or text must contain the confirmation email or text received once the reservation was made.  Once Sail Away San Diego receives the cancelation, the confirmation of cancelation will be sent to the customer via text or email.
  • Note: All pricing and policy are subject to change due to circumstance and time of year of the sail.
